Welcome to Aurexis, operating through aurexion.tech, for AI software development, AI integration into operations, and related services. By accessing our site or engaging any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of any offering constitutes acceptance of these terms. You warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Services

Aurexis provides custom AI software development, integration of automated intelligence into business processes, and related consulting services.

3. Information Products

Digital materials such as ebooks, tutorials, and training modules may be offered for purchase.

4. Goods

We may supply physical items, including AI-enabled devices and peripherals.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital materials, and goods are due as specified at the time of purchase. Access to digital materials and commencement of services occur after full payment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

• Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, less any processing charges.
• After work begins or access is granted, fees are not refundable due to resource commitments; however, scheduling may be adjusted at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

6.2 Information Products

• Requests for refund within 7 days of purchase are considered if the material has not been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
• No refund after full access or download, due to the nature of digital distribution.

6.3 Goods

• Physical items may be sent back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Offerings such as limited-seat workshops or tailored coaching sessions are marked non-refundable at purchase due to reserved capacity and preparation requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to software, materials, and designs remain with Aurexis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurexis is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of any offering.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
